Its provide all kind of information that we need know about this diet, It explains how the body burns fat and how to achieve this simply. Quick read and the recipes look great and soo delicious. There's only one recipe which I don't like (Chorizo Chicken Soup) and it's only because I don't have crockpot. I will definitely try this plan for my diet plan.
